WHAT IS LASER THERAPY?

BIOFLEX® Laser Therapy utilizes scientifically developed and clinically tested protocols that maximize the effectiveness of treatment of an extensive range of clinical pathologies. Laser Technology uses super luminous and laser diodes to treat diseased or traumatized tissue with photons. These particles of energy are selectively absorbed by the cell membrane and intracellular molecules, initiating a cascade of complex physiological reactions, leading to the restoration of normal cell structure and function. The process results in the elimination of symptoms, including pain, and stimulates the body’s immune system response, facilitating natural healing.
THE FIVE THERAPUTIC PLATFORMS OF LASER THERAPY
1. Musculoskeletal Conditions (Approved)
Platform number one addresses musculoskeletal problems including spinal pathologies, soft tissue and sports injuries, arthritis, etc. The objective of the therapy is to provide cellular healing which results in the resolution of pain and other symptoms.
2. Wound Healing (Approved)
The second platform is the revolutionary and highly effective treatment of wounds / dermal ulcers including diabetic lesions and those secondary to compression, surgery and other forms of trauma. This approach provides epithelization of the wound, improved arterial perfusion and regeneration of the local and regional tissues.
3. Neurological Conditions
The most recently developed platform focuses on the treatment of neurological conditions, primarily cerebral concussion (traumatic brain injury). We are developing specific devices to treat both central and peripheral neurological problems relating to neurological diseases and are actively engaged in refining the protocols.
4. Dermatological Conditions
Platform number three involves the treatment of dermatological conditions including eczema / dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. Laser Therapy provides effective resolution of these lesions.
5. Cosmetic Applications
The cosmetic version (under development) will be effective in the revitalization and regeneration of the dermis and underlying connective tissues. Therapy stimulates the production of elastin, collagen, etc. which largely eliminates lines concomitant with aging, sunspots, and other defects pertaining to the integrity of the skin and connective tissues
